My approach

My approach is psychosynthesis, and I work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Psychosynthesis is a holistic, energetic, pragmatic approach aimed at producing results easily and quickly. It emphasises the Will and the human capacity to choose. I aim to evoke your best resources and assist you in becoming the best you can be. We work with the body and feelings, as well as the mind; and create a safe, confidential relationship to listen to the part of you that wants to be heard.
